BARBARA DITLOW

Barbara's special and varied background has led to several of her home renovations being featured in national publications. Prior to selling real estate, she worked in sales and marketing at CBS Publishing in New York City and was President of Metaquality, Inc, an international consulting organization training companies in the Deming Management Method using statistical process control to streamline systems. Barbara is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), is a Charter Member of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Austin Chapter), and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is also certified in Feng Shui from the New York Metropolitan School of Interior design and skillfully applies this knowledge in her real estate endeavors.

MATT DITLOW
Matthew L. Ditlow joined the Westlake office of Capital City Sotheby's International Realty in February of 2007 as a REALTOR with The Ditlow Team. He specializes in condominium conversions, luxury homes, investment properties, and commercial/residential land.
Matthew received his B.S. degree in Commerce/Marketing from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. He has lived on the East and West Coasts as well as internationally in Asia along the Pacific Rim. Prior to joining Sotheby's, he co-developed and managed an investment property business for one of the top producing teams in Austin with Keller Williams Realty.
Matthew is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), the Mexican Association of Professional Realtors (AMPI), the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is a Charter Member of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Austin Chapter). WENDY GIBBS
Wendy comes to Sotheby's after serving as an administrative assistant and client care manager with one of the top teams in the greater Austin area. Graduating Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a BS in Environmental Science, her knowledge and expertise seasoned from living in Texas for forty years stems from her various experiences spanning real estate, law, environmental issues, and sales.
Mother to two children, she has been married for 28 years to her wonderful husband who has a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree from Texas A&M. She and her husband share a concern for the environment and a love for nature. Her next goal is to get her "Green Realtor" designation through advanced education so she can incorporate her concern for the environment with serving her clients best interests. Wendy excels in superb client service.
